Cancellation Policy

Guesthouse PERLA – AQUA ŽDIAR č. 617

Client is entitled to cancel a confirmed booking (the booking is valid only after receipt of the reservation payment). For the booking cancellation are applied following cancellation fees regarding bussines terms and conditions subsenquently:
In case of cancellation the confirmed booking:

  • more than 60 days before check-in is the cancellation fee 5,- EUR

  • more than 30 days before check-in is the cancellation fee 50 % of the reservation payment

  • les than 30 days before check-in is the cancellation fee 100% of the reservation payment

  • the owner of the guesthouse may propose upon the client agreement another date and time for services exhaustion without the cancellation fee. 

Cancellation Policy is valid from 1st of January 2009
